Erik Oman is the League Technical Director and Academy Director for the Washington Premier League in Washington State. He is the Head Coach for the West Seattle Junction FC, a USL2 team, as well as an Academy National Staff Coach for United Soccer Coaches, teaching coaching education courses across the country. Erik also works for Major League Soccer in the Pacific Northwest as a Match Director for MLS games in Seattle, Portland and Vancouver, and in the same capacity for the National Women’s Soccer League in Seattle. He played at Indiana University and for the Colorado Foxes in the American Professional Soccer League, as a goalkeeper. His thirty-plus year coaching career includes fifteen years as a collegiate coach, leading programs at The University of Northern Colorado, The University of Washington, The University of Montana and Colorado College. Erik resides in Shoreline, Washington.
